What do you mean by CPU, do you mean the central processing board that goes inside a computer, or an actual working computer box?

If you have a Chinese friend to help you I suggest surfing Taobao, you should be able to find a decent box for 5-600 RMB.

I have a cheap old laptop for sale. It's old and heavy, and cosmetically flawed.. but the system runs well and screen and keyboard are in perfect condition. I only use it for watching movies now and storing files. Check out the info here:
